Eric has over 25 years of experience in leading and managing businesses in the energy industry, with experience across sales, operations, wholesale trading, retail structuring, M&A, and risk management. Prior to joining RPD, Eric was Executive Vice President, Viridity, an energy management software company. He also served on the executive team of World Energy, Commerce Energy and Pennzoil. Notably, at Commerce Energy, Eric was part of the three member executive team that led a company turnaround, took it public and subsequently grew it to become the largest non-utility U.S. retail energy company. Throughout his career, Eric has focused on end-use sales and helping customers find innovative solutions to meet energy related objectives.
Mark’s background includes 30 years leading sales and business development in both regulated and non-regulated energy businesses. He has extensive experience in leading and developing Fortune 500 and National Accounts, as well as creating channel strategies for building sales to C&I end use customers, utilities, municipalities and the public sector. Mark has held sales leadership positions at Lone Star Gas, TXU Energy, Liberty Power, World Energy and Viridity Energy.
Nancy Young has over 20 years’ experience in commercial business administration, management and operations, including 15+ years in the energy industry. She has been a professional marketing resource throughout her energy career leading trade show strategy, media relations, advertising and collateral, social media strategy, and has been the web master and designer for multiple company websites.
Nancy’s proficiencies encompass overseeing and managing projects involving activities in corporate marketing and branding, Website development, contract development and administration, as well as business process design and documentation. She has led tactical teams for all aspects of major market expansion projects from research and economic analysis through regulatory licensing and marketing campaign development and execution.
